LT Cooler

Specifically developed design for circuits using  liquid coolant or low viscosity heat transfer fluids with working pressures up to 5 bar. High efficient fluid side dimple pattern and a louvered high efficient low height air side fin. Strong yet thin materials used throughout the cooler ensures lowest possible weight. Available in one to multi pass flow  in S-configuration or a unique 3 pass back to front fluid flow giving an extra advantage at lower coolant and air speeds. Product can be designed and produced in line with specific customer specifications. Core depth ~50mm.

Technical requirements are derived in cooperation with the customer and in this process we can offer i.e:

  • Heat rejection analysis.
  • Coolant pressure drop and temperature field analysis using CFD.
  • Forming simulation for manufacturability.
  • Pulsation and vibration analysis
Product can be adapted and produced in line with specific OEM customer specifications.
